Hello, I’m Sarah Bunch. I live in Lacey, WA, with my husband, James, and our new Boston Terrier puppy, Meeko. I grew up in Georgia and Alabama, but James works as an Army Space officer, so we’ve lived across the country in Oklahoma, New York, Colorado, and, most recently, Hawaii.

I spend a lot of my time outdoors hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, etc., but I also love getting lost in a fantasy or sci-fi book, throwing some clay on a potting wheel, and exploring the plethora of coffee shops in our area.

I’ve spent most of my career in the nonprofit sector, helping organizations achieve their fundraising budgets and managing their marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. In the nonprofit world, you wear a lot of hats! I recently left my position with Habitat for Humanity to take a little sabbatical and focus on earning my master’s degree. Persuading people to give their time, talents, and treasure to help others is my passion.

This blog is meant to serve as a portfolio for my work in the COM561 Professional Multimedia Content Creation course at Washington State University.
